Born and raised in French alps, I lived in my parents restaurant during my youth in Morzine and St Tropez, France. As a child, I always helped out with serving and gave advice to the guests about the food and wine. After completing my Masters degree in Mechanical engineering, I made my new home in Whistler, Canada.
In this beautiful town and wonderful community I started to make cheese plates, cheese fondue and raclettes for my friends. My love of cheese and passion for hospitality has inspired me to share my knowledge with the Whistler community. I have decided to prepare the best cheese plate, raclette and cheese fondue with delivery to the comfort of your home.
